Our Return Policy

We want you to love your blanket and be happy with your purchase. However, lets face it, there are times when for whatever reason you want to return your item and get your money back.


We are happy to refund or exchange any item provided you:

  • Contact us within 14 days of purchase. 

  • Return the item in a new, unwashed condition.

  • Cover the cost of the return postage.

  • Return the item in suitable packaging that protects it from damage.

Please allow 7 working days from the date we received your return to process your refund or dispatch your exchange.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

We do not refund the cost of any postage and packaging paid for at time of purchase, only the cost of the item purchased.



We are so sorry if you have received an item that is faulty. Our blankets are quality checked before packing however, this isn't a perfect world and we accept rarely something may be missed. 

Our blankets are handwoven, they are unique and imperfections are expected. It is part of what makes them beautiful.

However if you feel your blanket is faulty beyond what is expected of a hand woven item please get in touch and send us some photos.

The same refund conditions apply as above, however on receiving your item, if on inspection we accept it as faulty, we will refund your return postage cost.
